Hasbro G.I. JOE - 12" size

ORIGINAL ISSUE 1960's thru 1970's

boxed #7404.  GI JOE ADVENTURE with Life-Like Hair.  African American version.  1970.  doll appears to be mint - never played with.  box shows storage wear and sun fading on bottom end panel.  has the 1964 copyright on his butt.  Includes his brown shirt with ADVENTURE sticker; plastic dog tag; pants; black boots; and pamphlet.  150.00

1980 ACTION MAN Catalog from Palitoy, Great Britain.  The English equivalent to G.I. Joe.  This has photo illustrations of 17 different 12" dolls as well as vehicles and accessories.  The other side of the this fold out brochure is a color illustrated poster.  some of the photos: soldier, royal engineer, parachute, machine gunner, talking commander, Battle of Britain pilot, Panzer Captain, British Major, Frogman, Deep Sea Diver, Space Ranger, Captain Zargon, Patroller, seaplane, helicopter, motorcycle, etc. GREAT reference item.  excellent to near mint.  20.00

Stony). early 1960's vintage.  12" tall.   made in Mexico by Plasti Marx - the Mexican arm of Marx Toys.  heavy cast vinyl with 42 pieces of accessories.  never played with.  the accessories are still factory sealed in package.  the rubber bands that held the doll firmly in place inside the box have long ago disintegrated - but he had NOT been played with.  mint in box.  box shows minor shelf wear and is excellent.  RARE!  225.00
