ticket.  10/7/34  illustrated ticket PACIFIC FOOTBALL LEAGUE game at Gilmore StadiumSouthern California Maroons beat the Stanford Braves by a measly score of 3-2!  aerial view of the stadium.  no creases.  no holes.  reverse is clean.  near mint.  rare!  190.00

program.  11/11/34.  WESTWOOD CUBS vs S.C. MAROONS (original owner inked in L.A. and date in upper right corner of cover).   Pacific Football League (professional league).  comic cover artwork of fat football player and politically incorrect Hot Dog vender.  Westwood was led by Joe Lillard & Joe Keeble.  Lillard;  had played in the NFL a year earlier; but 1934 was the first year of the unofficial ban on black players in that league - a policy that continued until the end of World War II; and indirectly aided pro football entrepreneurs on the West Coast; who weren't as "principled" about hiring blacks; and as a result benefited from the presence of Lillard.  16 pages.  some photos.  tight and clean.  someone dated it; and wrote the team names in upper right corner of cover.  overall very good or nicer.   and VERY scarce!   295.00

SEATTLE CAVALIERS.  these items came from the estate of Elmo Hudgens - founder of the team and a major influence on semi-pro football in the Pacific Northwest.   decals made in 1945.  previously unknown in the hobby.  all are mint, never used.  (his wife had a note on the outside envelope: "1945 - Elmo's Decals - he was SO happy with these).

SEMI-PRO SEATTLE CAVALIERS.  helmet sticker.  black on silver.  football shaped.  5.5" x 3.5".   never used.  near mint to mint.  40.00

SEATTLE CAVALIERS window sticker.  black and yellow on white.  cartoon like image of a player biting an opposing player in the butt!  has team name and PACIFIC NORTHWEST FOOTBALL LEAGUE and has the PNWFL Semi-Pro league shield in the corner.  this is the kind that went on the inside of the window - like a car window  so it is a reverse image.  approx. 6" x 9".  mint.  30.00

SEATTLE CAVALIERS SEMI-PRO water-slide decal.  Large with illustration of player.  black on off white.  approx. 8" by 7".   decal is unused and mint.  there is some paper loss in upper edge that does not affect the actual decal.  45.00
