FRANKENSTEIN.  This is a original Handpainted Cartoon Production Cel. It is a one of a kind; piece of art used to make a cartoon. Used in an advertising cartoon for HARDEES. It pictures a  FRANKENSTEIN  character behind horse drawn cart; with 2 weird characters driving. It is a full sheet of acetate (in other words; it has NOT been trimmed down). Renzi.   standing with fists together in front of him. red and white painted facial details.  coin slot on top of his head.  this type of bank did not come with a coin trap - to remove the money you had to cut a hole in the base - this one has been cut open on base.  scarce original issue!  125.00

KING KONG hard vinyl bank.  Full figure of him standing on buildings with house under one arm and a train in the other.  His name is in raised relief on front of the base.  1977 RKO.  Made in New York by Relic Art Ltd.  an impressive 12.5" tall.  Coin slot on top of head.  Hole in bottom of base - missing coin trap plug.  Very MINIMAL wear.  First one I have ever seen.  Good looking and early item!  near mint or nicer.  99.00

THE MONSTERS OF THE BLACK LAGOON magnetic "sand" toy.  1963, Smethport specialty Co. Model #51.  14" by 10 1/2".  Great cartoony Monster graphics of DOOPIE DEBBLE, ZOMBOOLA, and TARA.  Tara is very similar looking to the Creature from the Black Lagoon.  Each is covered from waist to top of head with clear plastic case that was originally filled with iron filings.  Includes magnetic "pencil" that you could arrange the filing to adorn their faces.  The filing are missing from the 2 end ones.  STILL, the piece displays beautifully.   The reverse side has graphics of an Haunted House and has more monster illustrations.  Great item - first one I have ever encountered.  75.00
